Our latest accomplishment was the unveiling of a new culinary concept, Infiniti Restaurant and Raw Bar, at Grace Bay Club. This acheivement followed the succesful investment of $2 million and collaboration between Group Director of Food & Beverage at Grace Bay Resorts Wolfgang von Wieser, Interior Designer Thom Filicia, Food and Beverage Consultant Michael Bonadies, and architect Coast. Infiniti Restaurant and Raw Bar's architectural backdrop is as amazing as its dining experience.The concept accomplished our lofty goal: to ensure that our guests and owners continuously enjoy exquisite cuisine in an incomparable environment that both sets and embraces new trends within the culinary world, all while staying connected to our roots and our brand.
